FLOAT DOCKS COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Float Docks (ABN 14 677 917 681), located at 36 Panton Rd, Greenfields WA 6210, Australia.
2. Competition Period
The competition begins at 12:00 AM on 6th September 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 8th September 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of Float Docks, its related entities, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must submit their details through the link provided on the Float Docks website (https://www.floatdocks.net/win/). Only one entry per person is allowed.
5. Prize
The prize consists of a Yeti Cooler, valued at up to AUD $500.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on Monday, 9th September 2024, at Float Docks, 36 Panton Rd, Greenfields WA 6210, Australia.
The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Announcement of Winner
The winner’s name will be announced on the Float Docks website (https://www.floatdocks.net) and social media pages on Monday, 9th September 2024.
8. Privacy
The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, and service providers. 9. Limitation of Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including but not limited to where arising out of the following:
- Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control);
- Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- Any entry or prize claim that is late, incomplete, or otherwise not received by the promoter due to any technical error or other reason beyond the promoter’s reasonable control;
- Any variation in the prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
- Any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant;
- Any use of the prize.
10. General
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if required by law.
